In Performance: Devising Residencies

Revolutionary. Arts. Education.

Immerse yourself in the work by putting the process into immediate application. Our original plays are crafted with creative openings for ensemble devising and multiple skill expansion.

It’s the perfect hybrid of master class, published play, and blank page devising. Shows may include physical theatre, audience engagement, stage combat, shadow puppetry, long-form improvisation, mask, physical comedy, circus arts, dance, partnering acrobatics, and songwriting.

We excel in creating stunning works with ensembles ranging from budding student to seasoned professional.

“Creatively Independent can only be described as miraculous… I cannot imagine my program, or the success we have experienced, without the resources provided by Creatively Independent.”

– Randall Adkison, Theatre Department Head, Ponte Vedra HS
