My answer: Any of them, all of them, none of them. It depends on you.

Your character is a house and the audience doesn’t care how you get in to character, just GET IN!  Break the back window, shimmy down the chimney or use a key or whatever works for you.  And every character is a slightly, if not extremely, different house.  So, the more ways you know to enter, the better off you’ll be.

It’s not about making yourself hirable… It’s about making your work an artform, making your work inspiring… to you. Those aspects will make you hirable, because they will make you unique.
